What could become a better baffle for a heart of suffering and healer of worry and sorrow to a Muslim than the seven Islamic Duas that the Prophet has prescribed, each of which is on him, Allah’s peace and blessing?

Translation

“O God, my bow is in Your heart, Your servant’s son, Your servant ‘s son; Your heart is my forelock, Your rule over me is always exercised, Your judgment over me is true.  Your command absolute sovereignty over me. With every name of yourself, which you named, or revealed in your book, or taught to any of your creation, or preserved with yourself in the knowledge of the invisible, I ask you to make a Quran the life of my heart and the light of my breast and to leave it for my sorrow and my anxiety.

When we feel sad, we will strengthen our confidence in God and universalism and pray for sadness and worries.

Refer from the Holy Quran

We should first know that the biggest darkness is disbelief and collaboration with Allah. Whoever associates with Allah will always be in the dark and therefore feel depressed. In the Holy Quran God says:

“Allah is Defender from the depths of darkness to the glory of all who believe. All who disbelieve are the devils. They lead from light into the depths of the darkness. They will be companions of the fire, to dwell therein (forever). “(2:257)

 Refer from hadith:

Prophet Muhammad(SAW) said:

“How glorious is the faithful man, for all of his affairs is fine, and that applies to none other than the faithful. When something positive happens to him, he offers thanks because it’s positive for him when it’s terrible for him, he’s patient because he is good for him. (Narrated by Muslim, 2999)
